iAdmission provides an online university admissions marketplace platform that connects prospective students with universities and educational institutions worldwide. Our Services include but are not limited to: university and program search and discovery tools, application submission and tracking, admission counseling and guidance, visa assistance information, document preparation support, comparison tools for universities and programs, and partner university listings. iAdmission acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee admission to any university or program. All admission decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant that all program details, tuition fees, or admission requirements are error-free or current at all times.

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify iAdmission of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. iAdmission will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent application information; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the platform; impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation; interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform; attempting to reverse engineer any aspect of the platform; using the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate results. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iAdmission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services. iAdmission does not guarantee the accuracy of university listings, program details, tuition information, or admission requirements, as these are provided by third-party institutions. iAdmission is not responsible for the admission decisions, actions, or policies of any university or educational institution listed on our platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to iAdmission in the twelve months preceding the claim.

iAdmission reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the platform thereafter. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes, such as through email notification or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
