Step Description

Register in admission portal
  1. Submit all the document with high-quality scan format.
  2. Names of the files must be relevant. For example, passport or high-school diploma, Transcripts of Results, etc.
  3. Applicant’s Names in the diploma and result and passport must be in the same exact format.
  4. For Medical Programs or BA/Bs degrees, we need secondary school certificate with minimum 12 years. For Master we need Bachelor degree.
  5. Under-age students need Birth certificate and parent’s passport
  6. Registration is Fully online. You do not need to come to university.
2 English Interview To be recorded online in the portal or separately recorded by applicant and then uploaded in the portal
3 Payment of Admission Fee 200 USD, Online payment in admission portal

National Center’s Money

You must mention the applicant’s name and passport number and the fact that you are paying for “NCEQE Service Fee.

** This is ministry money. Do not pay to university account

Submission at Ministry 

After you upload correctly, we will send you a confirmation email. Then University letter and your documents should be submitted to Ministry (EQE).

ALL of your documents must be uploaded on our portal. If you have your name in Georgian in previous documents, you must inform us. For submitting at “Ministry of Education of Georgia” you need the original of all translated-documents and reservation

OR WE CAN SUBMIT THEM.

Final Step: Exam

Wait for 30 days for online exam and final enrollment. You can always check admission portal to see the status.

There will be two steps:

  1. Recognition (one to 2 weeks)
  2. Ministry Permission (2 to 4 Weeks)
