Step 1: Register on the Admission Portal
- Create an account on iadmission.com and complete the registration form.
- Upload all required documents in high-quality scanned format and pay admission fee.
- Follow up online!
- Underage applicants must also submit a birth certificate and a parent’s passport copy.
- The name on your documents (passport, diploma, transcripts, etc.) must match exactly.
- If any of your past documents contain your name in Georgian, inform us in advance.
- Registration is 100% online—no need to visit the university in person.
Eligibility requirements:
For Bachelor’s & Medical programs: A 12-year secondary school certificate is required.
For Master’s programs: A recognized Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
English Language B2 (Certificate is not needed)
Step 2: English Interview Submission
- The interview must be recorded online or separately recorded by applicant and is uploaded.
- Questions include personal details, reasons for choosing Georgia and the program, and confirmation of reviewing the program syllabus (2-3 minutes Speaking English).
Step 3: Admission Fee
- the 200 USD admission fee must be paid online through the portal.
- This fee covers document translation into Georgian and Ministry submission is none-refundable
- Applicants who pay this fee do not need to make any other payments to the Ministry.
Step 4: Submission to the Ministry of Education (Handled by iadmission.com)
- Once documents are uploaded correctly, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Our team will process and submit all necessary documents to the Ministry of Education of Georgia on your behalf.
- Applicants cannot submit documents themselves—the process is fully managed by iadmission.com to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.
Two verification steps take place:
- Recognition of Documents (1-2 weeks)
- Final Ministry Permission (2-4 weeks)
Step 5: Final Step – Online Examination & Enrollment
- After submission, wait 30 days for the recognition process and ministry approval.
